FPTA will support the indexing of Local Option Motor Fuel prices in a manner similar to the current indexing of the state motor fuel tax.

FPTA will support allowing counties to impose local option motor fuel taxes by a majority, rather than a super-majority vote, of county commissions.

FPTA will oppose the recouping of currently committed General Revenue funds to the Transportation Trust Fund for other purposes.
