Eco-friendly = Love:

I was a student at Miami Dade College (Kendall Campus) at the time during the spring semester. Like a lot of students I know we were dependent on public transportation to take us to work, school, home...just anywhere we needed to be. It wasn't just for the simple reason that I didn't have a car or anything, I just preferred taking public transportation for eco-friendly reasons and maybe to have some time for myself before I needed to get my act together and become the workaholic or the busy body at school. It was also nice having small chats with people that were headed your same direction and just needed to have a word or two to help the trip go a little faster and break the uncomfortable silence.

It would never have crossed my mind meeting a person you could completely connect with by just a glance.

He would be at the bus stop at Dade around the same time I ended my last class. I took into consideration that he existed as I did with any person around me. But, this was different. For some odd luck, I see him standing up to ride the same bus as I did. We sat very much close to each other although there were other available seats around us to be at a distance. One day, our eyes finally met and we smiled at each other and resumed at our same conduct of silence...until his stop arrived and he went out of his way to turn around and wave good-bye to me. I could've melted into a puddle of nothing but I kept my composure. Slowly but surely, our days of silence started blooming into constant conversation about everything and nothing at all in and out our daily routines. Before we knew it, we had fallen madly in love with each other. Now you see us, we are now happily married with a five month baby named Jonathan...

Who knew all this could've happened with just a glance and the intent of just one step to make a difference?

Life just couldn't get any better for us.
