“Tell Your Story” Contest Rules The Florida Public Transportation Association (Florida Transit.org) invites you to submit short video, photographs, or true stories that promote our mission of working to advance public transportation in Florida. We are more interested in the quality of your “story” rather than in the technical quality of your submission (but quality does help get you points). We want to know how YOU benefit from public transit in Florida, why you choose to ride, why you think public transit is important in your daily life… and/or to the future of Florida. We were originally thinking video contest, but decided to open it up to allow you to send photos, illustrations, or simply email us your story about why you choose to ride. We encourage submissions that portray public transit in a positive light. By submitting, you agree that FloridaTransit.org can use your submission in our public education campaigns about how transit benefits Floridians and visitors to Florida. Do not submit any materials that you do not own the rights to, and your act of submission gives FloridaTransit.org the right to post your submission on our web site or in other media. Eligibility, entry period and instructions, judging criteria, prize details and winner selection and notification procedures are detailed below. BY ENTERING THIS CONTEST, YOU AGREE TO ALL OF THE RULES OF THIS CONTEST AND TO ALL OF THE LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS LISTED BELOW. The contest is open to all residents of Florida. (Minors must submit an affidavit from legal guardians before being awarded any prizes).
