If you wish to become a member of the FPTA just fill in the FPTA Application Form below and click your browser's print button. Then mail the printed form along with your check and a business card to:

The Business Class Membership fee is $300 per year, October to October. After April 1st, each year, the fee is pro-rated to $200 good until that October. This allows your firm Membership privileges for our various conferences, but is too late for inclusion in that year's Membership Directory. Renewal notices go out in October.
